Responsibilities- Lead construction projects through planning, field execution, turnover, and closeout while aligning with objectives, contracts, and client expectations
- Coordinate site activities with superintendents, trade contractors, suppliers, project controls, safety, quality, procurement, design, and commissioning teams
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement status, construction docs, risk items, and reporting
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure activities prioritize safety, quality, and operational discipline
- Lead subcontractor and trade partner coordination, including performance management, issue resolution, sequencing, productivity tracking, and milestone alignment
- Serve as a primary client-facing construction leader, maintaining clear communication and building trust for long-term relationships
- Coordinate with integrated design and construction teams to resolve constructability issues, manage field changes, and support efficient delivery
- Maintain accountability for project financial performance, including cost forecasting, change management, schedule impacts, and risk escalation
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of applicable construction project management experience, preferably on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, or food & beverage facilities
