Overview In this role you will lead and optimize the lateral legal recruiting for U.S. offices, partnering with practice leaders and People & Culture to attract top talent. You will shape hiring strategies, manage relationships with search firms and candidates, and drive process improvements across the full-cycle recruitment. You'll influence firmwide recruiting goals while mentoring junior team members. This is a chance to shape the firm's workforce and impact talent strategy at scale.

Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle lateral recruiting across U.S. offices (sourcing, review, interviews, offers, onboarding)
- Collaborate with practice group leaders, hiring partners, senior leadership, and recruiting teams to implement effective hiring strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with search firms and candidates using LinkedIn, Firm Prospects, and other platforms
- Analyze firmwide and industry data to identify hiring trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Support clerkship recruiting events, update postings and offer letters, and contribute to process improvements
- Supervise and contribute to the development of junior Attorney Recruiting team members
Key requirements- Four-plus years of law firm recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and recruiting technology
