Responsibilities- Perform and manage all phases of the audit process for diverse clients
- Mentor and develop Associates and Senior Associates
- Collaborate with firm leadership on engagement strategy and risk assessment
- Lead business development efforts and expand services to clients
- Contribute to firm administration and internal initiatives
- Support in-house training and professional development programs
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA required
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting
- Experience with multiple industry groups across Commercial sector (manufacturing & distribution, healthcare, technology, media & telecommunications, professional services)
