Overview In this HR Business Partner role, you align HR strategy with business goals to drive a high-performance culture. You will partner with senior leaders, shape talent and engagement programs, and lead organizational effectiveness initiatives. Responsibilities- Partner with senior leaders to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Analyze HR metrics to guide leadership decisions (turnover, engagement, productivity, internal mobility)
- Lead change management, including organizational redesign and culture transformation
- Coach managers and employees to foster accountability, inclusion, and development
- Own end-to-end talent processes: onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, career development
- Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and analyze engagement data to improve retention and experience
- Advise on employee relations, policy interpretation, stay/exit interviews, and culture initiatives
- Contribute to regional and global HR initiatives, workforce planning, and organization design
Key requirements- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience
- 3+ years in a lead HRBP role with independent ownership of a large business unit
- 5+ years in IT services, analytics, technology, or consulting environments
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational outcomes
- Experience leading employee engagement programs and interpreting survey results
- Experience managing employee relations and talent management initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with HR metrics and workforce data
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Technology, or related field
