Overview As HRBP, you will align HR practices with business goals and serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees. You'll balance day to day HR operations with strategic workforce initiatives to boost performance and retention. You'll lead partnerships across the organization to deliver value added HR solutions, while upholding ethics and confidentiality. Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Administer HR plans and ensure legal compliance across jurisdictions
- Partner with management on hiring, orientation, and staffing needs
- Oversee new employee onboarding and benefits education
- Design payroll structures using benchmarking data to ensure market competitiveness
- Coordinate benefits programs and optimize utilization
- Assist with terminations, exit interviews, and outplacement
- Mediate employee relations issues and conduct investigations when needed
- Support performance review processes and reporting to executive management

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher
- Seven to ten years of HR leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with talent programs and initiatives
- HR certification preferred
- Proven relationship management capabilities
