Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and oversight on major construction programs
- Oversee field execution strategies and constructability solutions
- Coordinate with contractors, design teams, public agencies, and clients
- Evaluate technical submittals, changes, and value engineering proposals
- Lead project controls integration and ensure accurate reporting of progress and costs
- Champion site safety and regulatory compliance
- Mentor senior staff and support talent development

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management or closely related discipline, or proven equivalent experience
- 12+ years of post-education construction management experience
- Subject matter expert in construction delivery methods, phasing, and field operations
- Proven track record leading large, complex programs in public and private sectors
- Experience advising on project risks, logistics, and contract compliance
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, codes, and safety requirements
- Ability to interpret complex contracts, scopes, and project controls data
- Experience resolving high-stakes disputes and supporting litigation or claims
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and organizational decisions
- Proficiency with advanced CM tools and platforms (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, digital dashboards)
- Expertise in cost control, schedule management, and integrated delivery frameworks
- Leadership in developing execution plans, risk registers, and contingency strategies
- Experience providing executive guidance on performance metrics and continuous improvement
