Overview As a Success Architect in Solutions Consulting, you enable post sale value realization by showing customers how Meltwater data integrates with LLM platforms to generate reports, briefs, and decisions. You bridge the gap between purchased capabilities and real usage, staying ahead of AI tooling trends and guiding complex, enterprise deployments. You work hands-on with customers from implementation onward, shaping workflows and data hygiene to scale impact.

Responsibilities- Design early technical and workflow foundations with customers to enable MCP and LLM driven use of Meltwater data
- Help customers build skills, agents, and repeatable workflows turning Meltwater data into usable outputs
- Share best practices for combining Meltwater data with other datasets in LLM environments, including prompting and data hygiene
- Serve as primary outside the product liaison, coordinating with CS, AMs, and Implementation to prevent gaps
- Stay current on AI landscape advances and translate into practical guidance for customers
- Identify friction points across accounts and develop scalable enablement materials and playbooks
- Build senior-level relationships with sophisticated customer stakeholders and represent customer voice to Product and Leadership
- Provide internal feedback to Product and Solutions Consulting leadership based on real world usage patterns
Key requirements- 5+ years in solutions consulting or similar customer facing technical roles
- Hands-on fluency with LLM platforms and agentic tooling (custom skills/agents)
- Working understanding of MCP or comparable connectors and data flow to LLM environments
- Ability to translate technical capability into clear business workflows and needs into setups
- Experience supporting large, enterprise accounts and phased implementations
- Curiosity about AI directions evidenced by active use of tools
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills with CS, AM, and Implementation
- Excellent communication with technical and senior business stakeholders
- Prior Meltwater experience or similar media intelligence is a plus, not required
