Overview In this role you will help deliver high-performance buildings that support community well-being across markets. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to design, document, and manage construction phases for diverse facilities, from data centers to water treatment plants. You'll collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure code compliance and deliverables align with sustainability goals. This position sits within HDR's architecture practice, emphasizing resilience, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving to shape the built environment. Responsibilities- Lead design, documentation, and construction administration for multiple building types
- Facilitate owner/client and agency meetings for code compliance
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary team through all project phases
- Produce detailed construction documents and QA/QC reviews
- Write and edit architectural specifications
- Coordinate addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders; implement agreed changes
- Provide site observations and contract administration as needed
- Conduct work sessions with Client Representatives and engineers across disciplines
- Perform other duties as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial architecture
- Registered Architect
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and related tools
- Strong knowledge of codes and planning skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
