Overview In this remote senior role, you will lead national growth initiatives for contract therapy and joint ventures, shaping TMC's expansion across states. You will drive executive-level conversations, form strategic partnerships, and oversee onboarding for new partners, aligning with our mission-focused, people-first leadership. You'll present TMC's clinical, operational, and financial advantages to senior decision-makers, translating complex value into measurable outcomes. Responsibilities- Develop and execute a national growth strategy for contract therapy and joint venture opportunities.
- Build and manage a pipeline of multi-site, multi-state prospects.
- Lead executive-level sales conversations with owners, CEOs, and decision-makers in post-acute and senior living care.
- Deliver value-driven presentations highlighting TMC's advantages across clinical, operational, and financial dimensions.
- Collaborate with executive and operations leaders to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new partners.
- Represent TMC at national conferences, industry events, and via advisor/influencer networks.
Key requirements- 8-10+ years in long-term care business development, including multi-site or multi-state partnerships.
- Proven success in post-acute care, long-term care, or healthcare services sales.
- Established executive relationships within skilled nursing, senior living, or health system networks preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- High initiative and competitive drive; able to navigate long sales cycles.
