Overview As a Global Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect, you will shape the security framework and architecture for on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. You'll translate business and regulatory needs into scalable security solutions while guiding secure transformation across infrastructure, cloud, and emerging tech. You'll lead architecture standards, threat modeling, and security validation for cutting-edge platforms. This role offers impact at scale within a global fintech leader, shaping secure, resilient systems.
Responsibilities- Define and evolve the global cybersecurity architecture framework across on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and hybrid environments
- Lead secure architecture design patterns, reference models, and standards aligned to Zero Trust, Secure-by-Design, and Defense-in-Depth principles
- Translate business, technology, and regulatory requirements into scalable security solutions across regions and platforms
- Serve as the lead security architect for cloud migrations, SaaS adoption, and data center modernization
- Establish enterprise security standards and collaborate with IT, compliance, risk, legal, audit, and DevSecOps teams
- Lead threat modeling, security assessments, and control validation for AI/ML, Kubernetes, APIs, IoT, and data platforms
- Architect secure infrastructure patterns including segmentation, privileged access zones, hardened environments, and cloud landing zones
- Provide leadership on security tooling and partner across engineering and architecture teams to embed security into platforms, pipelines, and operations
Key requirements- 10+ years of cybersecurity and enterprise architecture experience
- 3+ years in a global or enterprise architect role
- Deep experience securing on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Expertise in network security, IAM, encryption, data protection, and security monitoring
- Knowledge of VMware, Cisco, F5, firewalls, and identity stores
- Familiarity with PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA
- Experience with Terraform, Git, CI/CD pipelines, YAML/JSON, Python or Bash, Kubernetes security, and cloud-native policy controls
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP security certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
- Experience designing secure AI/ML environments and data platforms (nice-to-have)
