Overview In this role, you lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for transportation and delivery, shaping supplier management and governance. You'll develop and refine supplier segmentation, qualification, and audits, while driving performance reviews across cost, service quality, and reliability. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable procurement frameworks, address gaps, and drive process efficiency and digitalization. Responsibilities- Lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for transportation and delivery, including supplier onboarding and lifecycle management, strategy development, and project execution.
- Design and continuously improve supplier segmentation, qualification, and audit mechanisms; conduct cross-functional reviews of performance across cost, service quality, timeliness, and stability.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to build a scalable supplier management framework with stronger governance, compliance controls, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in procurement and operations; lead optimization efforts to enhance process efficiency, standardization, and digitalization.
- Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and policy developments in domestic and international logistics markets; provide actionable insights to procurement strategy and supplier management decisions.
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field (or higher)
- Solid experience in international logistics, cross-border e-commerce, procurement, supplier management, or process optimization
- Strong understanding of domestic logistics and supply chain operations with knowledge of supplier management, risk control, and compliance
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and drive initiatives from strategy to execution
- Data-driven and results-oriented with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment balancing efficiency, quality, and compliance
