Overview In this role you will lead regional category management and sourcing for Global Media & Partnerships within Marketing Procurement. You will work across regions and with partners to develop and execute a global sourcing strategy, using the SSC framework, and drive cross-functional collaboration. You will guide strategy across regional components, manage supplier relationships, and focus on value creation, delivery, innovation, and sustainability. Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional sourcing teams across global, regional, and local representatives
- Define and implement global sourcing strategy leveraging the SSC framework
- Oversee RFIs/RFPs and supplier selection aligned with strategic goals
- Drive operations and contract negotiations to support daily procurement needs
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring fair opportunities and sustainable growth
- Engage with business partners to meet requirements and manage savings targets
- Provide strategy oversight for regional/local components of the category
- Participate in supplier forums and market intelligence activities to generate insights
Key requirements- Minimum of 7 years in strategic procurement, media procurement, marketing or related role
- Strong analytical skills
- In-depth subject matter expertise in the media field and current industry trends
- Proven success in developing and executing global or regional media sourcing strategies
- Strong communications and influencing skills at senior levels
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and suppliers
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment
- Preferred: negotiating with media/marketing agencies of record
