Overview In this field-based role, you will engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with neurology experts to translate science into patient care and shape medical plans for launch and lifecycle activities. You'll build trusted relationships with Thought Leaders and healthcare stakeholders, address HCP inquiries in real time, and support clinical development and access in a patient-centric, compliant manner. This position emphasizes field engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging digital tools to advance medical strategies. Responsibilities- Build trusted TL relationships in neurology through diverse, high-quality scientific dialogues
- Develop medical plans aligned with product/disease area strategy for launch and lifecycle management
- Engage with medical societies, PAGs, and guideline committees; train external speakers
- Strategically engage payers in pre- and peri-launch phases with fHEOR and Account Executives
- Provide real-time medical support to HCPs via in-person and Medical on Call interactions
- Document progress and achieve annual medical goals; leverage digital capabilities to enhance engagement
- Provide insights to clinical development on study feasibility from field knowledge
- Support patient access discussions and ensure equity in trial access
- Lead evidence read-outs with investigators for Phase III data
- Support ISR submissions, site feasibility, and CRO/NGO studies as defined by scope
- Ensure pharmacovigilance procedures are understood by investigators and manage adverse events
Key requirements- MD/PharmD/PhD/APP/PA/NP with disease-area or broad medical background
- Experience in scientific/clinical research; field medical expertise preferred
- Strong neurology expertise and knowledge of clinical practice and landscape
- Understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory guidelines, and healthcare access environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and data-interpretation skills
- Ability to engage TLs/HCPs, influence matrix organizations, and drive consensus
