Overview

In this Property Manager role at Hines, you drive smooth day-to-day property operations while delivering a first-class hospitality experience. You will blend real estate knowledge with a hospitality culture to manage site operations, vendor relationships, and service quality. You'll lead cross-functional teams and coordinate events that foster a welcoming community, contributing to a portfolio renowned for excellence. Responsibilities
  • Manage daily property operations and vendor relationships
  • Conduct routine property inspections and initiate work requests
  • Oversee space management and site-wide operations
  • Coordinate projects, complex requests, and multi-trade work orders
  • Plan and coordinate installation and maintenance of assets
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reporting on services, work orders, and cost savings
  • Assist with property financial activities and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with government, industry, regional, and company programs
  • Contribute to emergency procedures and life-safety readiness
  • Train, mentor, and develop property personnel to deliver best-in-class hospitality
  • Lead cross-functional teams including third-party providers to uphold Hospitality Standards
  • Coordinate community-focused event programming
  • Align property engagement and services with service level standards
  • Ensure adherence to corporate objectives and policies
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of professional experience
  • Education/work focus in business administration, hospitality, real estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Financial experience including P&L responsibility, budgeting, cost analysis, accounting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion for guest experiences
  • High emotional intelligence and creative problem-solving
  • Organizational, analytical, and project management abilities
  • Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Initiative and proactive leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software
