Overview In this role you will shape next-generation ISP for NVIDIA's autonomous driving and robotics platforms, driving both image quality and system performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to define architectures, specs, and tests, advancing real-time, DL-enhanced imaging. You will explore new camera domains like Vision-Language-Action AI, translating needs into robust ISP solutions. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI where you help define scalable imaging excellence.
Compensation / Benefits Responsibilities- Develop ISP architecture specifications, models, and tests in collaboration with IP architects, hardware, and software teams
- Advance image processing algorithms and architectures, including state-of-the-art DL methods
- Explore new camera application areas (e.g., Vision-Language-Action AI) to identify innovation opportunities in ISP
- Represent NVIDIA ISP capabilities to internal groups, partners, and customers
- Contribute to building and refining world-class ISP to meet performance and quality targets for autonomous driving and robotics
Key requirements- Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of proven ISP architecture and imaging science experience in automotive, robotics, surveillance, or consumer cameras
- Strong foundation in human- and machine-centric image quality assessment and algorithm complexity analysis
- Proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB, Python, and DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Excellent communication skills for effective documentation, presentation, and collaboration
