Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain the GCS pricing strategy, including multinational pricing
- Build pricing infrastructure and lead development/implementation of pricing tools
- Apply actuarial insights to inform timely decision making for the evolving GCS book of business
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align pricing vision and present insights to non-technical audiences
- Explain technical concepts to business partners and drive pricing proposal discussions
- Present pricing insights to support understanding of current and future portfolios
- Collaborate with UK pricing to leverage capabilities and tools
- Promote risk mitigation and maintain documentation of methodologies and processes
- Ensure adherence to technical pricing standards and actuarial best practices
- Advocate for risk management in business partnerships and maintain strong documentation
Key requirements- 7+ years of P&C experience with at least 3 years in Commercial pricing
- ACAS/FCAS designation
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics and/or related fields
- Strong problem solving and data analytical skills (SAS, R, Python)
