Overview As a Project Manager in GHD's Water team, you lead planning, design and construction for wastewater, drinking water, and stormwater projects across Massachusetts. You'll guide multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance while shaping treatment and conveyance layouts. You'll collaborate with clients and consultants to develop innovative solutions and drive operational excellence. This role offers a hybrid work model and a meaningful chance to improve communities and water resilience.

- Salary range: $98,700-$188,000
Responsibilities- Lead planning, design and construction for water-related projects (wastewater, drinking water, stormwater)
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules
- Oversee design and construction activities and develop innovative treatment/conveyance solutions
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and shape facility layouts
- Engage with clients and consultants to align on objectives and deliverables
- Participate in knowledge management and professional development within the team
- Drive project delivery within an established program management plan
- Contribute to contract management and relationships with service providers
Key requirements- 10+ years of municipal water/wastewater/stormwater experience
- Professional Engineer license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain within 2 years
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related)
- Experience in water and wastewater planning and design (collection systems, pump stations, treatment facilities)
- Construction experience a plus
