Overview As Senior Project Architect, you will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering industrial facilities from design through construction. You'll apply technical design expertise, coordinate with clients and authorities, and drive project delivery with a focus on resilience and sustainability. You will shape complex buildings-data centers, water treatment, and manufacturing facilities-while collaborating across markets to create impactful, forward-looking solutions. Responsibilities- Lead planning, design, documentation, and construction administration for multiple industrial facilities
- Host owner/client and internal meetings; participate in code compliance reviews
- Manage project teams to deliver construction documents and milestone deliverables
- Collaborate with Project Manager to control scope and schedule
- Produce detailed construction documents and coordinate with multidisciplinary disciplines
- Coordinate addenda, RFIs, CPRs and change orders and incorporate changes into documents
- Provide construction observation and contract administration as needed
- Conduct on-site work sessions with Client Representatives and other disciplines
- Perform QA/QC and cross-discipline technical reviews
- Write and edit architectural specifications
- Lead coordination with affected disciplines to resolve conflicts
- Mentor junior staff and facilitate meetings with stakeholders
- Perform other duties as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
- Registered Architect
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing and laying out architectural contract documents and specifications
- Strong knowledge of codes and planning skills
