Health Actuary Consulting Senior Manager

In this role you will apply actuarial, strategic, and analytical expertise to help health clients improve decision-making and enable transformation. You will engage with executives across payers and providers, leading teams on value-based care, network decisions, and financial performance. You'll deliver strategic and technical consulting to address drivers of cost, plan designs, and ROI for medical initiatives. This position offers cross-functional leadership and opportunities to shape client outcomes in a fast-paced health care environment.

• Engage with payers and providers to shift models toward patient- and member-outcomes
• Identify root causes of cost drivers and propose strategic remediation paths
• Advise on alternative plan designs, reimbursement models, and value-based care strategies with ROI analyses
• Lead actuarial modeling and analysis to assess trend changes, pricing decisions, and enterprise cost strategies
• Develop and present reports for senior client stakeholders and Deloitte leadership while leading teams across engagements

• 10+ years of health actuarial experience
• ASA with progression to FSA, or FSA, or career ASA designation
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel 50%
