Responsibilities- Lead business analysis for Life production data, acting as data SME and coordinating with business and IT to resolve issues
- Define requirements and use cases for strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with data strategy and governance
- Drive data delivery strategy across agile teams, contributing to target-state design and data roadmaps
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs and governance standards
- Lead data stewardship activities around architecture, lineage, quality frameworks, and data integrity
- Support AI-ready data capabilities by identifying gaps and aligning priorities with enterprise initiatives
- Champion continuous improvement of processes, data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Serve as trusted advisor to business partners and project teams to facilitate issue resolution and delivery
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of degree)
- 5-7+ years of experience in business analysis aligned with role responsibilities
- Strong SQL skills across multiple platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence at all management levels
- Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple projects under deadlines
