Responsibilities- Advise on deposits, treasury management, lending, and banking products/services
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with regulatory considerations
- Conduct due diligence, workouts, disputes, and distressed credit matters
- Identify, assess, and communicate legal and regulatory risks
- Monitor regulatory landscape and changes relevant to banking institutions
Key requirements- Strong knowledge of federal and state banking laws and regulations
- Significant experience supporting commercial banks or regulated financial institutions
- Expertise with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and secured credits
