Overview

As Director of Revenue, you will shape and execute CRA's end-to-end revenue strategy, overseeing revenue recognition, billing, and collections to optimize cash flow and scale growth. You will partner with leadership to improve revenue realization, pricing, and contract structuring while driving SOX compliance and finance transformation. This role combines strategic advisory to senior leaders with hands-on responsibility for forecasting, analytics, and a high performing global revenue team. Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end revenue lifecycle: review contracts, recognize revenue, bill, and collect
  • Advise leadership on revenue performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Lead monthly revenue close with ASC 606 compliance
  • Manage AR and billing teams to improve invoicing and reduce DSO
  • Partner with consulting leadership on revenue realization, pricing, and contract structuring
  • Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
  • Drive finance transformation via automation and ERP/billing enhancements
  • Collaborate with FP&A on forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analytics
  • Provide actionable senior level insights on revenue drivers and trends
  • Build and mentor a global revenue organization
Key requirements
  • CPA required
  • 8-10+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606)
  • Experience leading revenue accounting, AR, or billing functions
  • Proven leadership and ability to build high-performing teams
  • Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives
