Overview In this role you will lead the hospital's finance and accounting functions, ensuring compliant financial reporting and strategic financial planning. You will work with the Senior Management Team to drive operational and financial performance, cost control, and capital planning in service of high quality patient care. You will analyze data to support decisions and implement cost effective systems aligned with the hospital's mission. This is a hands on leadership role with broad cross functional impact.

Key requirements- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
- Minimum 5 years hospital financial management and revenue cycle experience
- Recent hospital financial management experience
- Experience managing multiple departments including all business office functions
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Masters in Business, Accounting or Healthcare Administration and CPA (Preferred)
