Overview In this role you will lead integrated paid media strategies across a portfolio of client accounts, translating business objectives into actionable media plans. You will be a primary adviser, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders while driving measurable results. You'll coordinate cross-channel campaigns, optimize performance, and partner with analytics to ensure attribution and ROI are clear. This is a client-facing, strategic position at an agency focused on delivering growth through paid media excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead development of integrated media strategies aligned to client objectives, audiences and KPIs
- Create cross-channel plans including paid search, paid social, Performance Max, display/programmatic, video and emerging channels
- Forecast campaigns and budgets across annual, quarterly, and campaign levels
- Act as media SME and trusted advisor to assigned clients
- Present strategy, performance, insights and recommendations in client meetings
- Translate data into actionable business implications for stakeholders
- Identify opportunities and risks in performance and adjust plans accordingly
- Oversee campaign architecture, activation, optimization and QA across platforms
- Manage budgets, pacing, and reallocation based on performance
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights
- Collaborate with analytics on attribution and measurement quality
- Lead recurring client performance reporting
- Develop POVs and think leadership translating industry changes into client implications
- Explore AI and automation to improve planning, management and analysis
- Maintain relationships with media platforms and technology partners
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in digital media or performance marketing, preferably in an agency/consulting environment
- Proven experience leading paid media strategies for complex clients
- Strong hands-on Google Ads expertise (Search and Performance Max)
- Experience across Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, display/programmatic
- Experience managing significant media budgets and multi-channel investments
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, attribution, conversion tracking and funnel optimization
- Proficiency with GA4 and analytics/reporting platforms
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate into business recommendations
- Strong client-facing skills with senior stakeholder presentation experience
