Overview As Legal Counsel, you will provide practical, business-minded legal guidance across commercial, employment, and regulatory matters. You will support executives with governance, contracts, and risk management while helping navigate corporate transactions. Responsibilities- Provide accurate counsel to executives on diverse legal topics
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with internal and external parties
- Maintain templates and draft initial form agreements
- Conduct legal research to support business activities
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance
- Represent the company in negotiations and in legal proceedings
- Monitor legal changes and advise on implications
- Develop and deliver legal training and policies for employees
- Maintain organized legal records and databases
Key requirements- JD or LL.M with bar membership
- At least 5 years of corporate experience
- Strong understanding of corporate and contract law, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Proven experience as Legal Counsel or similar role in a corporate environment
