Overview

In this role you will serve as the primary technical and managerial interface with the COR, overseeing multiple IT project engagements for the U.S. Courts. You drive planning, delivery, and compliance, guiding contractor activities and ensuring high-quality results on complex programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align with contract terms and judiciary governance, delivering tangible improvements in operational efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to lead engagement teams and shape federal IT modernization initiatives at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with COR and client stakeholders to align on project goals
  • Plan, organize, and control contractor activities across programs
  • Provide executive oversight of programs/projects and ensure timely, quality deliverables
  • Ensure contractor work conforms to contract terms and conditions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve client challenges promptly
  • Schedule and organize contractor staff activities to meet deliverables
  • Offer expert advice supporting agency management and business improvements
  • Lead engagement teams to comply with client standards and professional norms
  • Define processes and procedures for engagements with full authority and responsibility
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of oversight and management experience on complex IT projects
  • At least 8 years of experience identifying resource needs and assigning responsibilities
  • Proven ability to provide expert-level guidance to support management and organizational improvement
  • Experience leading engagement teams and ensuring compliance with standards
  • Prior experience with AOUSC and the Federal judiciary is advantageous
