Overview As Director, you will lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects and ERP advisory efforts, guiding strategy, design, and implementation across finance and procurement. Responsibilities- Lead Oracle Cloud ERP advisory engagements, covering process design, implementation lifecycle, and project reviews
- Manage day-to-day activities of engagements and supervise staff
- Support business development, including proposals and cross-service line collaboration
- Ensure engagements adhere to financial/cost management policies
- Oversee data integrity, security, and overall Oracle Cloud Financials functionality
- Provide strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization for Finance and Procurement functions
- Represent integrity and professionalism in the work environment
Key requirements- Eight+ years of Oracle ERP/Financial implementation experience with at least two implementation cycles for Oracle Cloud AHCS and/or AFCS
- Bachelor degree in an appropriate field
- Completion of one full Oracle Cloud Financials implementation as Functional Lead or Project Lead preferred
- Strong verbal and analytical skills; ability to produce publication-quality writing
- Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP concepts and module functionality
