Overview As part of Accenture's SAP practice, you drive large-scale transformation programs using SAP. You will combine cross-functional delivery with SAP configuration to help clients digitize and realize value quickly. You'll work with teams across sponsors, workstreams, and offshore/onshore resources to deliver on complex programs and ensure quality and profitability. This role connects strategy, technology, and change with client outcomes, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, and SAP Leonardo initiatives. Responsibilities- Lead delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and manage scope/risk with sponsor alignment
- Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led, and demonstrate SAP value to clients
- Demonstrate how SAP solutions address business problems and opportunities
- Wear multiple hats in a client-facing team, managing workstreams and collaborating with other teams
- Lead workstream or project activities and drive profitability and service quality
- Coordinate across technical, reports, conversion, change management, and project management workstreams
- Refine methods, tools, and procedures to meet client needs
- Capture and document business requirements, solutions, impacts, and final decisions
- Travel to client sites as required
Key requirements- Minimum 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll
- Minimum 4 years SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years equivalent
- Experience with at least 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations
- Minimum 2 years as Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on large SAP transformation projects with on/offshore resources
- Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications and Payroll module
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
