Enterprise Applications Manager

In this role you will lead the strategy, lifecycle, and operations for the firm's portfolio of COTS applications. You collaborate with legal, administrative, and IT stakeholders to ensure application capabilities meet business needs while driving roadmaps and vendor strategies. You will manage a diverse tech stack and guide a team to deliver secure, scalable services that support legal and business operations. • Own lifecycle management of enterprise COTS applications (evaluation, implementation, optimization, retirement)
• Manage portfolio including iManage, ServiceNow, CRM platforms, Litigation Support tools, SharePoint, and SaaS like Box, HighQ
• Partner with stakeholders across legal, administrative, and IT to align capabilities with business needs
• Drive roadmap planning, vendor strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead the team delivering reliable, secure, and scalable application services

• Experience leading an enterprise application portfolio
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms used in law firms
• Proven ability to manage application lifecycles from selection to retirement
