HR Coordinator

In this entry-level role, you support the HR function by assisting with administrative tasks and coordinating HR programs. You work with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. You handle basic data research, records, and HR system help, contributing to accurate documentation and reporting. You'll plan HR events and maintain organizational charts and directories, collaborating across teams to enable efficient HR services. • Coordinate and support HR processes and programs
• Provide administrative support (calendars, travel, expense audits, meetings, communications)
• Maintain document control of forms, policies, and procedures
• Plan and coordinate HR-related events
• Maintain facility organization charts and employee directory
• Review payroll/timekeeping and process HR forms/records
• Provide first-line support for HR systems and processes
• Answer policy questions and refer to resources
• Handle unemployment documents and related paperwork
