Overview In this role you will lead paid media strategy and performance for a defined segment, coordinating with an in-house activation team and external agencies. You drive multichannel campaigns across search, display, social, programmatic, OOH/DOOH, audio and influencer to achieve business goals. You are responsible for budget management, ROI optimization and data-driven decision making. You will collaborate cross-functionally to create compelling content and stay ahead of evolving ad tech. Responsibilities- Develop and execute multichannel paid media campaigns to drive growth and reach target audiences
- Coordinate with in-house activation specialists and agencies for timely delivery
- Manage budgets to maximize ROI and optimize channel mix and spend
- Build business cases for additional investment based on performance data
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on advertising content
- Design audience targeting using first- and third-party data
- Implement retargeting strategies across funnel stages
- Continuously test ad creative, targeting, and landing pages using performance data
- Analyze market trends and competition to adjust campaigns; stay current with platforms
- Track, measure, and report results with actionable insights
- Ensure data privacy compliance and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or advertising
- Experience in B2B paid media strategy, activation and optimization
- Experience working as part of a team
- Experience using data to drive audience targeting and recommendations
- Deep hands-on knowledge of paid media platforms (search/social/display/programmatic)
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proactive problem-solving with strong analytical skills
- Experience with programmatic platforms such as StackAdapt (preferred)
- Experience with ABM platforms such as 6Sense (preferred)
