Overview In this senior role, you will drive scalable Salesforce solutions for public sector modernization, aligning technical design with mission outcomes. You'll work across capture, proposals, and delivery to shape options, lead architecture, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You'll partner with clients and internal leaders to accelerate digital transformation and expand the Salesforce practice with compliant, competitive solutions. This is a high-visibility position with broad impact on complex, enterprise-grade programs.

Responsibilities- Lead solution design for complex Salesforce ecosystems across public sector programs
- Own technical solutioning for bids and support business development and pursuit efforts
- Guide architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and governance across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to shape engagement strategies
- Support early-stage conversations and create implementable architectural approaches
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to offering innovation and strategy within the Salesforce practice
Key requirements- 12+ years designing and implementing Salesforce or comparable SaaS enterprise solutions
- 5+ years leading development of complex, enterprise-scale solutions with EA focus
- US citizenship or permanent residency
- Ability to obtain and maintain Federal Public Trust and/or Security Clearance
- Residence in the United States
- Certified in one or more mainline Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect, CTA)
