Overview

In this role you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to plan and deliver large water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You work across offices to ensure scope, schedule, and budgets are met while maintaining strong client relationships. You will guide design, studies, and construction activities, and contribute to business development with a focus on advanced treatment technologies. Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis, design, construction administration, and technical documentation for water and wastewater treatment projects
  • Mentor engineers and designers across multiple offices and disciplines
  • Coordinate scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Serve as primary client contact and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate on advanced technologies such as MBR, EBPR, RO, and desalination
  • Support proposal development and participate in business development
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and regulators
  • Manage complex multi-discipline treatment plant projects, including $1M+ fee opportunities
  • Ensure broad technical coverage from process design to construction contract administration
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of water and wastewater treatment experience with emphasis on plant process evaluation, design, and construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
  • Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to become licensed within 6 months
  • Strong written and verbal communication, plus presentation and sales skills
  • Proven ability to manage multi-discipline teams and complex projects
