Overview In this CRE role, you will manage medium-scale construction projects or contribute to large, complex initiatives across the full lifecycle. You collaborate with business development, solutions design, operations and finance to ensure solutions meet business needs. You lead construction activities, applying expert knowledge and global processes aligned with DHL's strategy. You monitor delivery quality, cost, and risk while coordinating external partners. This position supports DHL's growth by sustaining a scalable, sustainable property portfolio worldwide.

Responsibilities- Deliver medium projects (or contribute to large, complex construction initiatives) across the full construction lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery.
- Liaise with business colleagues (business development, solutions design, operations, finance) to align solutions with requirements.
- Lead construction activities and provide expert knowledge to implement global processes per strategy and policies.
- Manage standardized project delivery and construction costing processes.
- Oversee tender evaluation, due diligence, change orders, and provide guidance to BU project managers.
- Monitor quality criteria, project status, costs, risk, and issue resolution for regional projects.
- Engage external sources and identify construction trends and headwinds.
- Build cross-functional relationships with DHL managers and influence stakeholders.
- Understand customers' interests and advise direct reports, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance to line managers and employees.
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (implied)
- More than 2 years of experience in construction projects
- Experience leading construction activities and coordinating multiple stakeholders
