Overview In this role you lead the delivery of complex, fast-track data center projects in collaboration with clients, vendors and internal teams. You ensure on-time, on-budget, safe execution aligned with JLL standards while reporting to senior project leadership. You manage planning, coordination, and risk mitigation across the project lifecycle, from setup to closeout. The position offers a hands-on role in a mission-critical environment with cross-functional collaboration and site-focused safety and quality. Responsibilities- Execute project delivery activities across planning, execution, and closeout per approved plans and leadership direction
- Maintain and track project plans, schedules, milestones, and risks; escalate issues to senior leadership
- Lead meetings, milestones, site visits, and action-item management with clients, vendors and internal teams
- Coordinate closeout deliverables (as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties)
- Identify risks and support mitigation and issue resolution with senior leadership
- Track and manage project financials, change orders, procurement and contract deliverables
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, POs, contract records and compliance docs
- Support RFP/bid processes including bid leveling and vendor documentation
- Facilitate schedule execution and cross-team coordination for key milestones
- Support field QA/QC, commissioning coordination, and contractor activities
- Promote site safety and act as day-to-day contact for project stakeholders; prepare progress reports and briefs
- Participate in safety protocols, MOP reviews, shutdown planning and LOTO awareness
- Assist with safety, quality and compliance across project lifecycles
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in construction, facilities, or project management; mission-critical or data center exposure preferred
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems fundamentals
- Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, procurement or RFP processes
- Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling, budgeting and cost tracking
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Project, Procore and similar tools
- Willingness to work extensively on active construction sites (up to 80% onsite) and travel up to 50%
