Responsibilities- Develops organization-wide architectures and methodologies for software systems design across multiple platforms
- Identifies and evaluates new technologies and outsourced development partners for roadmap alignment
- Reviews designs and project activities for compliance and quality; provides feedback to mitigate risk
- Influences executive leadership and external partners using domain expertise and business insight
- Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff to foster innovation and excellence
Key requirements- Experience designing and developing software systems and architectural tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in overall software systems architecture for products and solutions
- Ability to integrate software systems across multiple platform types
- History of innovation with patents or deployed solutions in software design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English and local language mastery
- Ability to communicate product architectures and negotiate options at executive levels
- Deep knowledge of Redfish standards
- Proven track record of scaling firmware across multiple management processors
- Experience integrating AI into development and testing cycles
