Overview In this onsite role at Grainger's Fountain Inn distribution center, you will align business and people strategies to enable sustainable growth and a high-performing, inclusive culture. You'll partner with senior leaders to design human capital plans, lead cyclical HR processes, and drive change through effective communication and development programs. You'll shape succession for critical roles and work across Centers of Excellence to implement scalable HR solutions. Responsibilities- Align objectives with people strategies and integrate HR planning to support growth
- Consult senior leaders to design and implement human capital strategies
- Execute cyclical HR processes (performance, compensation, talent reviews) with consistency and accountability
- Drive succession planning for senior/critical roles and prepare leadership for future challenges
- Communicate HR strategies clearly to all levels to improve engagement and alignment
- Identify and implement process improvements with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services
- Collaborate with Employee Relations to maintain fair, compliant practices and positive culture
- Coach leaders through change management and prioritize learning and development initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in related field
- Consulting skills linking business and people strategies
- Experience promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion
- Ability to liaise with leadership and guide complex change
