Senior Contract Administrator Contracts COC

In this role you will lead high-value contract negotiations and oversee contract administration within the Government and Public Services sector. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, risk management, and timely contract execution. You'll monitor vendor performance against KPIs and serve as the primary point of contact for contract issues, shaping governance for multi-million-dollar portfolios. This position offers exposure to GPS engagements and the chance to contribute to mission-critical programs in the Charlotte area.

• Lead negotiation and execution of high-value contracts
• Provide guidance on contractual risk and compliance
• Monitor vendor performance against contract KPIs
• Act as primary point of contact for contract issues
• Support compliance with government contracting rules (FAR)
• Manage multi-million-dollar contract portfolios

• 7+ years in contract management with leadership exposure
• Bachelor's degree required
• JD or advanced certification preferred
• Experience with government contracting and GPS sector engagements
