Overview In this role at Padgett Law Group, you support senior attorneys through drafting and reviewing documents, organizing case files, and coordinating with paralegals to move cases toward resolution. You will shadow attorneys in mediation, court, and sheriff's sales, and participate in weekly state meetings to stay aligned with team goals. Responsibilities- Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second level review
- Organize case files, track deadlines, coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on logistics
- Shadow senior or supervising attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff's Sales
- Assist in preparation in advance of appearances
- Collaborate with state team
- Engage in weekly state meetings
- One-on-one weekly meetings with Supervising Attorney
Key requirements- J.D., licensed and in good standing in all jurisdictions
- Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and adapt to continual change
