Responsibilities- Develop and manage category strategies for services, emphasizing systems integration and field services
- Conduct market research to identify trends and supplier capabilities for informed sourcing decisions
- Lead competitive bidding, SOW development, and performance-based contracts with strong negotiation
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through negotiation, value engineering, and process improvements
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, legal, and project teams to align procurement strategies
- Oversee contract lifecycle management and procurement analytics to track performance and opportunities
- Implement process improvements to streamline procurement operations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience
- Proven ability to source end-to-end services for large-scale technology deployments
- Track record of achieving significant cost reductions via sourcing and negotiation
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement best practices
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-sourcing tools
