Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering to create, prioritize and test financial feature enhancements and roll out code changes
- Work with Finance Leadership to streamline reports across all products
- Review and improve existing reports, with functional corrections and sunsetting where appropriate
- Assist in A/R clean-up and other accounting projects for external clients
- Utilize JIRA and Excel to create and track tickets for financial reporting (bugs, enhancements)
- Develop a deep understanding of all Axxess products, vision and mission
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1-3 years of accounting or financial reporting and analytics experience
- 1+ years in the Home Health industry
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Audit report outputs for accuracy and identify calculation errors
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP)
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, complex environment
