As an HRBP, you will partner with business leaders to shape HR plans and procedures, guiding workforce planning, talent development, and workforce engagement. You'll advise employees and managers on career paths, succession, culture, and organizational excellence while driving efficiency across departments. • Collaborate to develop and administer HR plans and procedures
• Consult with leaders and staff on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
• Advise on employee relations, culture, and engagement
• Improve efficiency of departments and services
• Act as a resource for strategic workforce planning and career path discussions
• Recommend developmental strategies to meet professional and organizational goals

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related HR field
• 5+ years progressive HR experience
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
