Overview As a Trust Real Estate Advisor III, you will oversee complex trust-owned real estate assets and guide risk-aware decisions within PNC's Asset Management Group. You will work closely with fiduciary partners to ensure compliant, value-driven management of properties, including purchases, sales, leases, and maintenance. You'll assess risk, present to committees, and coordinate specialists to optimize asset performance. Responsibilities- Oversee assigned trust real estate assets, including various property types and interests
- Assess and mitigate risk, aligning with fiduciary policies and procedures
- Collaborate with AMG Fiduciary Counsel and Market Fiduciary Advisors to analyze and escalate risks
- Present recommendations to Real Estate Trust Investment Committee and Special Assets Committee
- Preserve and manage properties, coordinate maintenance, inspections, valuations, taxes, and insurance
- Coordinate hiring of professionals for property upkeep and capital improvements
- Guide purchase/sell decisions, assess capital needs and transaction risk
- Engage internal and external partners to ensure smooth transfer of ownership
Key requirements- University degree with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
