Overview As a Front-End Fab Category Manager, you shape sourcing strategies for fab equipment and services across multiple sites. You will partner with engineering, operations, and suppliers to enhance safety, quality, output, resiliency, and cost performance in ADI's fabrication network. You'll lead negotiations and translate technical needs into concrete sourcing plans, influencing cross-functional teams and supplier partnerships. Responsibilities- Develop and execute category strategies for capital equipment, services, spares, and supplier support
- Partner with equipment, process engineering, operations, and maintenance to identify sourcing options
- Lead commercial negotiations with semiconductor equipment and service providers
- Translate technical/operational requirements into sourcing plans and supplier engagement strategies
- Provide clear updates and tradeoffs to stakeholders with timely risk escalation
- Model ownership, collaboration, and professionalism to foster a positive team culture
