Overview As HRBP - Training & Development, you partner with business leaders to align talent development and capability initiatives with organizational goals while leading hands-on training programs. You will oversee onboarding, compliance, leadership and professional development, and manage LMS/HRIS for training governance. You provide coaching, support succession planning, and drive data-driven improvements in workforce effectiveness. Responsibilities- Partner with leaders to align workforce planning and development with objectives
- Lead design, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of onboarding, technical, leadership, and professional development programs
- Manage new hire onboarding processes and ensure successful integration
- Develop annual training plans and development roadmaps to support objectives
- Oversee LMS and HRIS records for training compliance and reporting
- Establish training effectiveness measurements through assessments and performance indicators
- Provide coaching on performance management, employee relations, and career development
- Support succession planning, talent reviews, and development initiatives
- Assist with recruitment, retention, and onboarding activities
- Support policy interpretation, investigations, and corrective actions as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement aligned with the MAHLE Production System (MPS)
- Analyze workforce/training metrics to identify trends and action improvements
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Min 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Min 3 years in Training & Development or related area
- Experience designing and facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training
- Manufacturing or operations experience preferred
- Experience with HRIS and LMS preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training design
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tech platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
