Overview In this role you will configure LabWare LIMS 8 within a GMP laboratory, focusing on raw material, commercial product, and stability workflows and instrument interfaces. You will translate business, laboratory, and quality requirements into compliant LabWare configurations and support validation activities. You will collaborate with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to enable successful deployment and operation. This position centers on enabling a scalable LabWare 8 implementation and upgrades in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities- Configure LabWare LIMS 8 objects, workflows, master data, specifications, and test templates
- Support raw material, commercial product, and stability workflows
- Configure and support laboratory equipment and system interfaces
- Translate requirements into compliant LabWare configurations
- Support requirements traceability, testing, validation, and change control activities
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues
- Collaborate with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams for deployment and operation
Key requirements- Hands-on LabWare LIMS configuration experience (LabWare 8 preferred)
- GMP-regulated laboratory experience
- Experience with raw material testing, commercial product testing, or stability programs
- Laboratory equipment integration experience
- Experience supporting LIMS validation and testing
- Experience with LabX, Empower, or similar platforms
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Preferred: LabWare8 upgrades or LIMS implementations
