Overview In this role you will lead risk-based internal audits and partner with leadership to enhance value through innovative, tech-forward audit practices. You report to the Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Take-Two's New York HQ and help shape the annual audit plan across global labels and functions. You will drive automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to improve controls and business processes. You join a collaborative team that balances rigorous audits with transformation and strategic advisory work.

Responsibilities- Support risk assessment to identify business risks and value-add audit areas
- Manage end-to-end operational audits including planning, scoping, execution and reporting
- Lead departmental transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in methodology and technology
- Coordinate and supervise internal audit staff and co-sourced resources
- Perform root cause analysis on issues from audits and SOX reviews
- Communicate observations and recommendations to senior leadership and external auditors
- Act as liaison between business units to drive process/system changes
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation using Generative AI and AI-enabled tools
- Stay current on business changes and regulatory/industry developments affecting risk
- Oversee scoping, walkthroughs, and tests of internal controls for SOX compliance
- Mentor junior team members and provide feedback on performance
- Assist with cybersecurity and data privacy framework evaluation
- Manage special projects (e.g., system/software implementations)
Key requirements- 3-6 years of experience in internal audit (Big 4 experience a plus)
- Professional designation such as CPA, CIA or CISA and/or related university degree
- Attention to detail
- Experience with report writing
- Understanding of accounting and auditing standards (IIA Standards a plus)
- Understanding of SOX compliance for a public company
- Experience with controls rationalization and efficient SOX programs
- Experience with AI productivity tools, data automation, and visualization in audit work
- Liaising with senior management, process owners, and external auditors
- Proven track record in business processes, IT and systems audit, ERP systems, and accounting
