Overview

In this role you will lead the FP&A-driven transformation of financial systems at TBC Corporation. You'll optimize IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and support ERP-integrated planning, reporting, and analytics to enable enterprise-wide decision making. You will guide the ERP transformation, drive AI-enabled design decisions, and oversee Blackline administration, all while partnering with finance, IT, accounting, and leadership. This is a strategic, cross-functional role with a focus on accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement that helps shape the company's financial planning future.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategies to transform into a world-class FP&A organization using system enhancements, AI, and automation
  • Maintain and enhance IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) data integrity and GL alignment
  • Shape ERP design decisions and manage TM1 integrations as part of ERP projects
  • Lead the roll-out of a new financial planning system when approved
  • Develop financial models, data cubes, and reporting hierarchies for forecasting and budgeting
  • Identify and resolve system issues with internal/external partners
  • Establish best practices for financial systems usage across the organization
  • Provide training and support on system functionality and reporting tools
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial presentations and variance analyses
  • Design reporting for executive decision-making and support ad hoc modeling and planning
  • Oversee Blackline administration, user access, and reconciliations
  • Promote continuous improvement, compliance with controls and policies
  • Act as strategic partner to Sr. Director of FP&A and senior leaders
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 7+ years in financial systems and FP&A environments
  • Advanced proficiency in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and Excel/PowerPoint
  • Experience with Blackline or similar reconciliation tools preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
