Overview In this role you will drive the integration of OT systems, platforms, and data to support critical building and infrastructure operations. You'll work within the Building Operational Technology team to implement frameworks, ensure IT/OT cybersecurity alignment, and support multi-site deployments and troubleshooting. The position blends hands-on system integration with cross-functional collaboration to advance Boeing's OT capabilities. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with a strong emphasis on adaptability and impact. You will help shape scalable OT solutions across locations, contributing to safer, more reliable facilities operations.

Responsibilities- Build processes, standards, and operational frameworks from the ground up
- Assess OT systems for IT/OT cybersecurity compliance
- Support troubleshooting and remediation for Building Management/Automation Systems
- Analyze alarms and determine root cause to reduce nuisance trips
- Execute alarm rationalization and FDD tuning to improve signal quality
- Evaluate integrations between BMS and enterprise systems for reliable data flow
- Support nationwide SCADA rollout and integration with site teams and vendors
- Facilitate IT compliance discussions and forecast system upgrades
- Troubleshoot industrial networks and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP) using diagnostic tools
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and onboarding records
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of Operational Technology experience
- 5+ years in Real Estate, Facilities Operations, and/or Facilities Management
- Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data with clear recommendations
- Experience developing and managing internal processes and procedures
