Overview In this role you drive data and AI initiatives that translate complex business problems into tangible products. You will lead end-to-end project delivery across stakeholder groups, ensuring governance and privacy standards. You collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to shape data models and roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities. You'll tackle bottlenecks with innovative data solutions, and promote knowledge sharing to empower Discovery Solutions. Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders to identify problems and translate them into data, analytics, and AI products
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: requirements, delivery, launch, and post-launch support
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to design data models with governance and privacy in mind
- Define and develop governance and product roadmaps for data and AI products aligned with priorities
- Identify bottlenecks in business processes and address with data/AI solutions and automations
- Drive data and AI adoption in Discovery Solutions through communication and knowledge sharing
- Develop documentation to support development and launch of data and AI products
Key requirements- Master in Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science or closely related field
- Two years of work experience as Data Scientist or related occupation
- Two or more data science, machine learning, or generative AI projects
- One year of experience with Palantir Foundry
- Two years of experience with web analytics systems
- One year of experience with Chemistry/Biology product portfolios
- Two years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Two years of experience collaborating with commercial, marketing, and product teams in a matrixed/international environment
- One year of experience with SAP ERP Systems
